Real Estate Analyst – Hotel Valuation & Investment

Hotel Private Equity Firm seeks a Real Estate Analyst – Hotel Valuation & Investment.  Resp. include assist in the transaction due diligence process, Develop detailed pro-forma projections, Conduct valuation of hotels including competitive properties analysis, supply/demand fundamentals, economic trends and market analysis, Conduct asset valuation using discounted cash flow, income capitalization, leverage IRR and comparable sales, Prepare hotel reports for owners and lenders, Create automated financial models pertinent to hotel valuation/return analysis, Research market area and analyze current transactions.  40 hrs/wk M-F. Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Economics with 2 years of experience reqd.  Mail Resume ref.
